After confirming your order items, we will place an official order upon receipt of half or full payment in advance for in-store orders.
After that, we will move on to size measurement, engraving, and delivery date confirmation.
For orders placed through the qosmos online store, full payment is required in advance.

*Delivery time
It takes about 1 to 2 months from receipt of order to delivery.
Please pick up your order within one month from the date we notify you of the arrival of the finished product at the store.
Customers who have paid half in advance are asked to pay the remaining balance at the time of pickup.
We can also accommodate customers who wish to have their items delivered, so please contact us for details.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept changes, cancellations, or refunds after an order has been placed.
