HOW TO ORDER
1. Please add items to your cart. 

2. You can calculate shipping costs in your shopping cart. Please select your country.

3. Enter your full name, phone number, e-mail address, and even your address(& ZIP). 

4. Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page.Complete your payment.(only credit & debit card) 

5. The items are sent within 3 business days with invoice. 

6. We will give you the tracking number.

7. You will receive your the items in about 7 to 30 days.

No return, No cancel, No exchange. 

INSURANCE PROGRAM is included, but only for items with a value between JPY 20,000 and JPY 2,000,000. 

Shipping is only available on weekdays and on our business days.(EMS Japan Post Office)

 The actual delivery time will depend on your destination and your country's customs.

IMPORT DUTIES are not included in sales price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.  Please check with the local customs office of your country of residence prior to making purchases to assess the additional costs. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the items.

If your shipment is confiscated by customs in your country, we or the shipping company will not be able to negotiate for its recovery. We will not be able to refund shipping costs or compensate you for the cost of the items.
